Terms & Conditions 

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds (Section 1) 

All payments are non-refundable. To reschedule we require at least 48 hours notice or you will be unable to change the date/time of your booking. If you then cancel you will not be refunded.

Cancellations will NOT be refunded. 

Refunds will not be issued due to COVID-19, all clients will have the option to reschedule. There is no charge to do this or limits to the amount of times. 

Punctuality (Section 2)

Please contact us if you will be late for your booking. Your session will start and end at the time booked and any additional time is considered overtime. 

Capacity (Section 3)

CAPACITY: - Our maximum capacity in the studio is 7, this includes everyone who is a part of your team (including Photographer, Hair & Makeup, Models etc.). 

Due to health and safety regulations any additional people turning up will be asked to leave the premises immediately or your booking will be terminated with immediate affect with NO REFUND OR RESCHEDULING. 

Pets & Animals (Section 4)

No dogs or pets allowed. Please discuss with a member of our team prior to making any bookings if you require any kind of animal on your photo/video-shoot session. Provisions have to be made prior if you arrive on the day with any animals without consent the animal will not be allowed within the space OR your booking may be terminated with immediate effect with no refunds or rescheduling. 

Overtime & Damages (Section 5)

The client must include set up and take down time within the hours booked, to avoid overtime charges.

It may not always be possible to go overtime due to other bookings but when available payment is expected upfront (overtime charge: £30 per hour). If you require overtime it must be requested at least 15 minuets before the end of your session. Payment is to be made via Credit / Debit Card you will not be able to continue until payment is made.

The client hiring the studio is responsible for all breakages or damages caused to the studio or equipment by him/her, or any other person during the use of the studio. The Lounge Studio supplies services and equipment entirely at the risk of the client. The client shall pay any costs/fines if there are any breakages or damages.

Eating, Drinking & Smoking (Section 6)

We do allow eating and drinking.

NO Alcohol beverages or drugs (included cannabis) are to be consumed within the studio or premises including the outside smoking area. Failure to comply will be an immediate termination of your hire session with NO refund OR rescheduling.

No smoking within the studios or building, please use the designated, sheltered outside smoking area. 

Professional Conduct (Section 7)

Only take pictures/videos within the studio space booked. 

The area outside the studios (sofa / kitchen space & smoking area) is not for client use. 

Please keep noise levels respectable and be considerate to neighbours and adjoining businesses. Do not interrupt surrounding businesses by knocking on their door or entering their space.

Once your session is finished, please leave the premises. Do not shoot or wait in any communal spaces (this includes the upstairs & downstairs space, outside smoking area. 

Other (Section 8)

We provide a space with equipment and backdrops. 

No smoke machines allowed.

Final agreement (Section 9)

By booking online means you agree to all terms and conditions. If any of our Terms and Conditions are broken your session will be terminated with immediate affect with NO refund OR rescheduling.
